On 15 April afternoon, the joint seminar on China Going Green was successfully organized in the Swiss embassy, with student groups from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW), and students from international business school of the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE). The seminar was held by the Switzerland embassy in collaboration with the Center for International Business Ethics (CIBE) at UIBE.

 

At the beginning of the seminar, the Switzerland Ambassador H.E. Mr. Jean - Jacques de Dardel gave a welcoming speech. Professor JIANG Yufan from FHNW, and Professor Liu Baocheng, director of CIBE, respectively made a speech about the energy policy and sustainable development in Switzerland and China. After their speeches, the student representatives from both sides had a heated discussion and a pleasant communication with the two professors and each other group.

 

The UIBE students said that they learned a lot from this seminar, and hoped that the school could provide more opportunities to attend such activities in the future.
